Call for Papers

From November 2 – 5, 2019 the XVI World Congress of the International Association of Procedural Law will take place in Kobe.

This is a call for papers for Session 5 on day 3 (November 4).

Papers may concern any topic regarding the central theme of the Congress: Challenges for Civil Justice as we Move beyond Globalization and Technological Change.

After a selection process several selected papers can be presented during this Session 5.

The papers should be between 5.000 and 7.500 words, not exceeding 8.000 words (including footnotes and bibliography). The papers must be accompanied by a summary in English (maximum 200 words).

Papers can be written in English, French, German or Spanish.

Papers should be sent to Prof. Dr. Bart Krans, Leiden University (h.b.krans@law.leidenuniv.nl) and Prof. Dr. Aleš Galič, University of Ljubljana (ales.galic@pf.uni-lj.si), by 1 June 2019, at the latest. Papers that are selected for presentation will not be published in the Congress book, but will be distributed in electronic form.
